Almost everyone will experience some type of back pain in their lifetime. Lower back pain is pain that occurs in the area behind your belly-from your rib cage to the pelvis, which is also known as the lumbar region. Although you may experience pain in the middle of your lower back or you may have left side back pain, the most common is lower back pain right side. Although lower back pain generally resolves on its own, there are many treatments available for lower back, including many effective home remedies.
